23 years in the hairdressing industry, with 12 years being a Colour Technician/Technical Educator for companies such as Schwarzkopf, Fudge, Great Lengths and La Biosthetique, Wendy is not only a colour specialist but enjoys all technical work, such as permanent straightening, perming, colour corrections, hair extensions and Keratin Blow outs on all textures of hair.

With 20 plus years with hairdressing experience, Kirsty is a master in precision cutting and specialising in everything blonde. She loves long hair and being very blonde herself, understands and meets the needs of blonde clients. She cuts beautifully and is renowned for her cutting skills especially on long, thick hair and all types of graduated bobs.

Massive 32 years experience in hairdressing! Jolene is an excellent all-rounder specialising in precision ladies cuts, colours, foils and blow drying, from the finest hair to the most difficult, thick or long hair. Jolene is also a master with curly hair and does Keratin Blow Outs, and all specialised treatments.

With over 35 plus years experience, and having been a salon owner for most of that time, Pam is an excellent all rounder, specialising in all colour work, precision cuts including razor cutting and Keratin blowouts. She has a loyal client following and specialises in making mature women look young, modern and feminine.

Bee is in her final year of her apprenticeship and has become an invaluable part of the Crosscut family. Her experience in being a qualified florist and her passion for hair, can be seen in her excellent work. She loves everything hairdressing and does everything – from hair updo’s to bleach and tone, to children’s cuts, to the latest balayage, to pensioner perms – Bee makes all her clients feel special! Bee is also the team’s hairdresser, so if our hair looks great, you know why!

Grace has her diploma in make-up, hair and special effects and has worked on various fashion shows. She is in her first year of her apprenticeship with HITO and loves everything about hair, especially colour! She loves to learn and is sweet, caring and does a lovely wash and massage at the basin. Watch this space!

Ella is in her second year of her apprenticeship with Hito. She is super talented, and loves doing long hair colour work, especially fine, defined blonde foils and hair up’s.  She is a great all rounder and a delight to work with.  A very valued member of our team!

Geneva is in her 13th year at school and helps us in the evenings,on Saturdays and during the holidays. She is the oil in our wheelhouse! She helps the team with everything and is everyones favourite – including the clients! She has a great sense of humour, loves a laugh, loves having her hair done and is always happy!
